How does the free trial work?

The free trial gives you access to the full version of the Professional plan (and Screen Details Add-on for selected use cases) for 14 days. As a trial user, you get to explore all the exclusive insights and analytics available in ActivTrak, and experience the value we provide to you as a customer. Trial plans are automatically downgraded to a Free plan at the conclusion of the trial period. Free plans are restricted to 3 users and have limited application functionality.

What do I get with a Paid Plan?

Paid ActivTrak subscribers get access to an expanded set of reports and exclusive insights that spotlight key focus areas to optimize team engagement and productivity, automated user management features for easier administration, 6 to 12 months of rolling data history (depending on plan type), Standard support, and options to purchase additional Support and add-ons. Is Support included in Paid Plans?

Yes, our Digital support plan is included with all Paid Plans. Enhanced support can be purchased as an add-on.

Are there add-ons available?

We currently offer three add-ons: ActivConnect, Data History, and Screen Details. These add-ons are only available for purchase with paid plans.

  • ActivConnect combines ActivTrak analytics and insights with data from your existing solutions.
  • History gives access to extended activity data history for longer term trends and comparison.
  • Screen Details unlocks access to granular work activity data such as Screenshots, Screenviews, title bars, detailed URLs, and the ability to create Alarms.

Do you offer monthly payment plans on any of your packages?

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
