Andrea Tharp of ActivTrak Featured on CRN’s 2021 Women of the Channel List

ActivTrak, a workforce analytics and productivity platform provider, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Andrea Tharp, director, worldwide channels, to the highly respected Women of the Channel list for 2021. This annual list recognizes the unique strengths, vision and achievements of female leaders in the IT channel. The 2021 Women of the Channel list acknowledges women from all over the IT channel, including vendors, distributors and solution providers.

The women honored on this year’s list pushed forward with comprehensive business plans, marketing initiatives and other innovative ideas to support their partners and customers, helping them through the uncertainty brought on by the global COVID-19 pandemic. CRN celebrates these exceptional women for their leadership, dedication and channel advocacy.  

Andrea has served as Director of Worldwide Channels at ActivTrak for more than a year and is responsible for growing the channel partner program by more than 300 percent across all categories of solution providers, distributors and MSPs. Andrea’s contributions have resulted in a 140 percent increase in year over year annual recurring revenue, and more than one thousand new customers each quarter in 2020. 

Over the last year Andrea and her team introduced new programs unique to both MSPs and VAR communities,  rolled out a new partner portal, signed new distribution agreements and expanded channel opportunities in the federal sector. Andrea also created onboarding and training programs with MSPs, and implemented usage based pricing and consolidated billing to help align the ActivTrak business more closely to MSP customers.
