Each year, Foundry’s CIO 100 Awards recognize 100 organizations and their technology leaders for using IT in innovative ways to create business value — whether by driving growth, optimizing operations or transforming how work gets done.
This year, we’re proud to congratulate ActivTrak customer John Fraser, CIO of Parts ASAP, on being named a 2025 CIO 100 Award winner — one of the most prestigious honors in the IT industry.
John earned this recognition for leading a transformative implementation of ActivTrak’s workforce analytics platform at Parts ASAP — an initiative that played a key role in unifying and optimizing operations during a period of rapid growth. Following 18 acquisitions and a shift to remote work, the company needed to align diverse teams, tools and processes — all while maintaining performance and security.
Under John’s leadership, the team used ActivTrak to gain visibility into how work happens across a 700-person workforce — uncovering productivity patterns, optimizing software usage and driving greater consistency. Through targeted coaching and clear communication, they reduced non-productive time by 42%, added 12,000 productive hours per month and delivered a 122X ROI — a $6.82 million increase in business value.
They also used ActivTrak to reduce risk behaviors, strengthen data security and support compliance across distributed teams. And perhaps most importantly, they brought their people along — using ActivTrak not just for visibility, but as a foundation for collaboration, informed decisions and long-term growth.
As a vendor partner, we’re honored to support leaders like John who use data and technology not just to solve problems, but to lead meaningful transformation.
Congratulations to John and the entire Parts ASAP team on this outstanding recognition. We’re so proud to be part of your journey!
