2020 was a transformative year for organizations in many ways. At ActivTrak, we had a unique perspective on how COVID and other events impacted workforce productivity, given our focus on understanding how teams get work done. We applied that perspective to analyze how the shift to remote work, and other major events, affected the workplace.
