Last week, multiple states faced widespread power and water outages which impacted many organizations, ActivTrak included.

This week, we took time to survey our employees with regard to what their top concerns were during the crisis and what actions were most helpful from leaders and teammates. As a workforce productivity analytics software company that seeks to enable employee performance and foster employee wellness, we also had a unique perspective to examine the actual data from our environment to understand how productivity was impacted, and for how long.

The infographic below summarizes the actual productivity data from our organization, along with survey responses from employees reflecting on their experience during the crises.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to consider this question - what can you do now to prepare your leaders and organization to respond to a crisis?
