ActivTrak. We’ve been working on this update for a few months now, and today we launched it in full. What does that mean for you? Well, you get some solid performance and reliability enhancements for your accounts.
Exporting Data
Did you know that the biggest request from our customer community is a better export?
- Free users can export usage data and logs in .CSV file format.
- Paid users can also export screenshots in .zip
Our recent update means you can export screenshots faster and more reliable than ever!
To export Screenshots go to the Screenshot tab, select the Date Range, the user, and the computer. Then export the images using the Export button.
This will produce a .zip file containing all images as .jpgs. User, computer, and time stamp are included in the metadata of the jpgs.
If there are many images, it can be take some time to produce the zip. After it is completed, it can be downloaded using the download button on the Screenshot tab.
